Small group turnout 24/7, well managed fields, no poo picking, shelters in most fields. Access to stables for tacking up / emergencies / physio treatments etc.
Stables available if required
Horses are checked, fed and given hay twice daily

Well maintained arena with a good surface that never floods or freezes. Jumps available in the arena and in a flat field when ground permits
Good local hacking, company available if wanted
Lorry parking, hard standing
Access to dry, secure storage for equipment and rugs, and a locked tack room
