Shire Stables is situated on the edge of the tranquil village of South Weston in South Oxfordshire at the foot of the Chiltern Hills with over 300 miles of hacking, new discoveries on horseback are endless. Whilst the hacking routes are plentiful, we also have a competition sized indoor arena, complete with jumps. Our livery yard is within easy reach of a number of equestrian training centers and competition venues with good access to the wider road network via the M40 and the M25.

Set in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, we offer two indoor schools, three outdoor schools, cross country course, horsewalker, equine masseur and plenty of competitions and training available. We have large stables with wall-to-wall rubber matting, post and rail paddocks with automatic drinkers. We also have a wash down area and drying room. Outside, there’s plenty of parking for lorries and trailers.

Asti Equestrian is a BHS approved livery yard offering grass, working and DIY stabled livery and also offering a range of additional livery options to suit all budgets and lifestyles. All livery horses enjoy well maintained pasture with secure fencing. Horses and ponies on stabled livery enjoy spacious boxes with automatic waterers and anti-weave bars within an American Barn complex that also incorporates tie-up stalls, washing and clipping facilities a lockable tack room and a kitchen area with hot and cold running water.
