In addition to owning our own horses, we offer DIY livery service at Low Whinns, with additional services like clipping and holiday care available. 2 livery places available NOV 2025. Livery packages are tailored to individual requirements: Examples – Livery – Pony DIY from £27 per week and Horse DIY £30 per week All prices are per week and prices may alter due to increasing feed/hay/straw costs Hay available and shavings can be provided. Facilities: Halage – organic, made on site or sourced from local farmers depending on availability Horse walker- easy to operate 4 horse walker Location- easy access to A171, 8 miles from Whitby & Guisborough, 90 acre farm, bridleways, 5 mins ride onto moors Security- owners live on-site, CCTV, motion sensors, floodlights, secure stables and tack room Stables- large, well ventilated, rubber matting, automatic watering, mare & foal box Tack room- secure, coded access, facilities to make drinks, microwave , fridge. Turnout- all year round turnout, Individual or friendship groups. Restricted grazing areas available for weight / laminitis management. Outdoor arena, show jumps, trotting poles, gymkhana equipment Lunge/ round pen Additional Information & Services: Clipping- available on request Dentist- Dan Astle-Carter, scheduled visits every 6 months, or on request Farrier- visits every 6 – 8 weeks Feed- purchase / delivery can be arranged Help & Holiday cover- daily help available if you are unable to visit your horse, holiday cover by arrangement, BHS qualified, BHS gold member insurance, public liability insurance Trailers/ horseboxes- parking on site at additional cost Vaccinations- all home horses tetanus vaccinated, competition horses also flu vaccinated Yorkshire vet John Whitwell, Grace Lane Vets Worming- annual vet supervised programme

BARC Livery is located in the heart of Berkshire offering DIY and grass livery for horses and ponies of all ages. We have a fantastic range of facilities whether you are a competition rider or a ‘happy hacker’. On site Chartered Physiotherapist Megan Rees also offers on site Physiotherapy assessments as well as discounted clinics and courses to all BARC liveries.

DIY livery with large floodlit indoor (with mirrors) and outdoor arenas including full course of show jumps. Amazing hacking with direct access to Longleat Forest (no road work needed). Guaranteed all year turnout in well fenced fields. No individual turnout, so only suitable for sociable geldings. Small friendly neat and tidy yard. Light airy stables with sealed rubber matting and water drinkers. Not suitable for children as we have youngsters here – so ideal for adults and sensible teenagers. Experienced owner lives on site and available for help and advice. Regular clinics and clear round days held.

Bespoke 5* livery. DH8 9JL Full right through to DIY and everything in between. All you need on site – haylage, shavings, brand named feeds and supplements from our on site shop – never run out of feed again! Fabulous hacking. Lovely friendly clients and owners with a can do attitude.
