Surrounded by beautiful countryside, ideal for hacking and taking it all in. There’s always plenty of people to ride out with as well, as we have a friendly owner only policy! 🙂 Showing is our speciality and we have had success at all levels. Our local riding club, Penistone and District, hold up to three shows a year at the nearby Penistone showground and we usually have an excellent turnout from the yard – no one seems to come away empty handed! We can give you all the help and support you need to either win your first red rosette or take your showing career to the next level.

We are a family run business based on 200 acres of rolling grassland bordering on to a large acreage of ancient woodland. We have some of the best DIY Livery in Barnsley with a friendly ‘team’ atmosphere and emphasis on horse welfare. We offer top quality all inclusive DIY Livery so clients can manage their budgets easily and clearly without any ‘hidden’ extras. We have a freelance groom  working with us who can offer extras on request to cover holidays and so on. Clients have free unlimited use of all facilities: Indoor school, jumps etc. operated on a diary system.We have summer and winter fields for horse welfare and client convenience.

We do not have opening times, access restrictions, visitor restrictions or pointless rules and regulations. We provide good quality stables and facilities and with 24 hr supervision. We cater for all levels of rider and can offer bespoke livery at highly competitive prices. Your horse will be cared for by our experienced and competent staff. We offer all year turn out in individual paddocks or small groups.
