Small family run Stud encompassing foaling, through to retirement. Convalescing, horses from operations needing special care. All horses are given the highest quality care throughout the year with conservation grade hay, haylage and straw, facilities include a monarch horse walker, all weather arena, off road hacking, gallops and fresh maintained pastures. For years they have given care and attention to many horses who have gone back into their disciplines successfully. Some have returned year after year for a break or recuperation, and some have remained for retirement.

B.H.S. and British Dressage approved yard situated in the grounds of Arley Hall Estate, providing a unique equestrian facility for competition and leisure riders. We offer Full and DIY Livery and welcome riders and owners of all abilities whilst securing full camera, alarm and personel 24 hour protection for your horse. 12ft or 16ft stables with all year round turn out. Our countless facilities include a 60 x 20 metre floodlit indoor, all weather outdoor arenas, all weather show jumping arena with full set of show jumps permanently up. Lunge/round pen, cross country schooling fences, 6 furlong all-weather circular gallop, all weather sand turn out paddocks, exercise/play pens, horse walker, hot wash and solarium, rug wash & dry facilities.

We offer Full, Part, Assisted DIY and Retirement Livery for horses and ponies of all abilities. Our yard is located 10min south of Tunbridge Wells. Small family friendly yard with a total of 15 stables, 20×40 riding arena, round pen and ample hacking.

The yard aim is to have happy horses and happy owners with tailor made Grass, Part, Full, Retirement or Hunting livery services available. We also specialise in breaking/backing and schooling livery using kind and sympathetic yet effective natural horsemanship.
