We have room for two more horses at our privately owned, small family yard where we live in sight with our 3 horses and two goats.We have all mares, one horse and two ponies, all of which are very gentle and easy going, currently living out 24/7 with access to wander in and out of the yard and stables. We have 4 stables, a tack room and hay barn set in 8 acres of well maintained paddocks with cross country jumps and show jumps. Direct access into the TROT trail which runs for miles through orchards. You would have the use of a stable, space in feed and tack room and 24/7 turnout either in a private paddock or in a herd with the rest of the horses, entirely up to you and the nature of your horse. We also have the option for grass/retirement livery without the use of a stable.We do not have an arena however there are multiple within hacking distance and we live in a quiet area with very little traffic.
