All new purpose built full livery facility, American barn, Monarch stables with rubber flooring and 40 acres of pasture. Secure owners’ tackroom with individual lockers, separate rug store and drying room. 60x30m silica sand and fibre arena with jumps. Wash down area with hot water shower. CCTV accessible by owners to view their horse at any time. Heated kitchen and toilet facilities. Regular turnout on fields cross-grazed with sheep, adlib hay/haylage, worm count worming programme, supervision on farrier and dentist visits included. Small and friendly yard with good hacking, near to Mostyn Farm ride, several indoor arenas and competition venues. Short stay horses welcome and holiday cottage (sleeps 4).
