1 stable available for full livery on our quiet yard in Hatfield Heath. We are a small livery yard with a lovely group of horses and owners. Individual turnout Turnout is limited over winter but we will turnout if we have dry weather and the ground is hard. Alternatively we have our sand pens for turnout over winter and one small grass paddock for rotation. Summer turnout is day time unless weather is too hot and we will switch to night turnout. Spacious tack room with built in cupboards, rails and hooks. Bridle and saddle racks included. tack room is also secure with keycode Security cameras are being installed inside and outside of barn All stables are rubber matted and come with automatic dispensers with big open windows (can also be closed) Tea room / toilet facilities. Chelmsford Equestrian Centre (CEC) is based on 72 acres of farmland, but is within walking distance of Chelmsford City Centre. CEC has recently undergone significant development of the facilities which include two indoor and two outdoor arenas and a new Cross Country training course. Chelmsford Equestrian Centre Livery offers DIY, Part and Full Livery options. Livery horses are kept in two herds (Geldings and Mares) which have access to newly fenced fields through the summer and winter.

Ambershire feel very honoured to be one of the few approved showing yards in the country under BHS and BSPS umbrella. Our standards are high and we have many happy quality horses at livery. We produce, break, teach, advise on anything. Just ask. Show liveries and clinics are our speciality.

Howletts Hall Livery Yard is based in Blackmore, 15minutes from the centre of Chelmsford. The yard has 21 stables split over three blocks with ample summer and winter grazing. There is an all weather floodlit ménage and access to private off road hacking within the farm. There is further hacking in Highwood. The yard has a heated tea room, toilets, rug room and CCTV covering the entire yard. there is a large car park with plenty of room for lorries and trailers The yard is situated within short hacking distance to Norton Heath Equestrian Centre (20minutes).
