Livery available at Priory Farm Rawcliffe Bridge We have two livery places available. We are a small family run yard with very secure stables, tack room and facilities including large paddocks with a small cross-country course in one (2 -1/2 acres), and an arena. Each stable is in a purpose-built building with a camera, lighting and fan. We live on site and have a monitored security system. We are able to offer different types of livery so if you are interested give us a call on 07447975078 or message us. Please note that we are primarily suited to smaller horses and ponies or those on retirement as we have no hacking available.

Felicity provides services to create a peaceful and professional environment with the focus on your horses well-being, as well as support you as a horse owner. With over 15 years experience in the Equine Industry each horse is treated with the utmost care and knowledge.

Ashtree Equine Rehabilitation is pleased to offer a wide range of livery and training services. These include: – 5 and 7 Day full livery – Rehabilitation and box rest livery. – Backing, training and retraining – Schooling – Sales – Overnight stabling and holiday livery We have fantastic facilities, including: – Two 20×40 arenas, one with mirrors – Third large arena with surfaced XC complex (water, steps, bank and ditches) – Jump4Joy and PolyJumps fences, including arena XC – Covered Monarch Horse Walker, built on an extra-wide track with anti-slip flooring – Large, well ventilated internal stabling (choice of stables with additional external window) – Twin all-weather turnout pens – Hot wash bays with solarium – Individual or small group (2-3) turnout – Separate barn for visiting horses, overnight stabling, holiday liveries etc. – Central heated tack room, bathroom and shower for owners While staying with us, horses can also benefit from the use of the TheraPlate, ArcEquine, Red Light Therapy and Equilbrium products, as well as other therapy! In addition to these fantastic facilities, our director is a rehabilitation specialist who holds qualifications in Equine Nutrition, Equine Behaviour and Psychology, and Equine Lameness and Rehabilitation. Our team has decades of experience between them, and includes a 3* event rider and a former professional polo groom.
