All Assisted DIY Livery

Livery available at Priory Farm Rawcliffe Bridge We have two livery places available. We are a small family run yard with very secure stables, tack room and facilities including large paddocks with a small cross-country course in one (2 -1/2 acres), and an arena. Each stable is in a purpose-built building with a camera, lighting and fan. We live on site and have a monitored security system. We are able to offer different types of livery so if you are interested give us a call on 07447975078 or message us. Please note that we are primarily suited to smaller horses and ponies or those on retirement as we have no hacking available.

In addition to owning our own horses, we offer DIY livery service at Low Whinns, with additional services like clipping and holiday care available. 2 livery places available NOV 2025. Livery packages are tailored to individual requirements: Examples – Livery – Pony DIY from £27 per week and Horse DIY £30 per week All prices are per week and prices may alter due to increasing feed/hay/straw costs Hay available and shavings can be provided. ‘New Hatches’ offers livery, fitness , holiday and rehabilitation packages with state of the art facilities and top class care, tailored to suit your horses needs. We offer a professional and caring team with a wealth of knowledge and over 60 years experience within the equestrian industry. Between them, the team holds BHS, Complimentary treatment and Remedial Farrier qualifications and all the team members have enjoyed success at international competition. We offer 5 & 7 day part livery and DIY assisted livery. In our Rehabilitation barn we offer rehabilitation, fitness and holiday cover. At New Hatches we have a 27 x 60m sand and fibre, Combi-Ride surface manage, a separate 20 metre lunge pen, 62 acres of securely fenced farm track hacking, a quiet on road access with a quiet village and controlled and individual turnout. New Hatches also provides exercise program’s for specific injuries, a vetting inspection area with a concreted strip roughly a ¼ of a mile long, level area for trotting in a circle and many more. We offer all weather small turnout pens and varying size grass pens for restricted turnout areas.We work closely with a Equine Osteopath, Masseuses and Bowen Technique connections. We also have a salt water treadmill and spa, and associated rehabilitation products including a specially designated vets area with stocks, weight bridge and vibrating plate. The Rehabilitation Centre is recognised and recommended by top equine vets, physio-therapist and equine body workers. We tailor make packages for each individual to ensure your horse has the best opportunity for recovery. We also offer treatments and sessions to non-liveries. Insurance companies recognise our Salt Aqua treadmill benefits of Hydrotherapy and will cover all costs for this treatment.
